SEC Interiors Completes Our New 360° Photographic & Video Studio
As some of you may know, we’ve started 2015 with a big statement by completing work on our new photography, 360° video and colour retouching suite. Based in premises across the road from Applescan House, the new facilities have hugely expanded our potential for producing high-quality imagery for brands and retailers across the industry.
To undertake the work, we hired Stevenage-based SEC Interiors, who specialise in interior office fit-outs and refurbishments, to design and install the new facilities. We’re sure you’ll agree that they’ve done a fantastic job. One of the studio’s primary features is a band new bespoke, designer kitchen (pictured) that can be used for a host of requirements, including product placement, lifestyle imagery and in-use product shots, as well as creative food photography.
The new studio also features a welcoming lobby entrance, PC and Mac plug-in points so visiting clients can stay connected and productive during day shoots, and high protection security shutters and alarms. They stylish and modern décor is clean and light, balanced by overhead lighting throughout and air conditioning with temperature control features. We’ve also installed full bathroom facilities, including a shower/changing area for models.
WK360’s Photography Manager, Danny Ward, had this to say about the project:
“We chose SEC as their professional approach was what exactly we needed. We were extremely impressed by both their workmanship, and the way their team tackled and overcame any problems that arose. The whole experience was painless and stress free and we would have no hesitation in using SEC again.”
We look forward to welcoming existing clients and new customers to the facility in the coming months, utilising the space for future projects, products and events, allowing WK360 Photography to grow and prosper throughout 2015 and beyond.
